Richard has a Bachelor of Arts, EPO Biology from the University of Colorado. He has been concentrating in Pre-Med, Fine Art, then Marine Biology in Florida and California. He received an additional degree in Advertising Design from the Colorado Institute of Art and completed a certificate program in Biomedical Illustration from the University of California, Long Beach.
Richard has more than 20 years’ experience in publishing and creative services management in the United States, the Netherlands and Italy for a multinational company. He is now in his second career as a Medical Illustrator and teacher of Anatomy and Physiology on the Western Slope of Colorado.
